Secretarial/Admin

As an remote Executive Assistant, my tasks are wide ranging and I have plenty of experience to take on a variety of day to day admin roles that will free up your time to focus on your business. Email inbox management, replying to potential clients or customers, assisting with their enquiries, arranging meetings or appointments and offering that key initial response necessary. Inbox filtering, managing spam and flagging urgent emails to support you.

Maintaining your diary effectively, confirming meetings, setting up online meetings in the UK or internationally to ensure your day runs smoothly. Arranging webinars and podcasts.

Call management is a key part of the role of a secretary and you can outsource your calls to your Executive Assistant and share the load. Following up with clients/customers, appointment scheduling, liaising with other team members of your business on your behalf are only a few examples helping you to buy more time in your busy day.

Launching and maintaining cloud computing accounts such as Google Drive, Outlook and DropBox.

Developing a support network for your business team via Slack, Trello and ClickUp.

Invoicing experience using Xero, Stripe, Invoicely and GoCardless and performing banking requirements, such as paying bills and transferring funds and credit control management with your clients and customers.

In addition, arrange and manage events, workshops and small scale functions, researching venues, promoting on your social media platforms and/or Eventbrite and Mailchimp.

Online business support through Kajabi, creating landing/sales pages, campaigns or broadcasts and administering and assisting with automations in Active Campaign.

Extensive knowledge and skills on Canva, the online design platform creating brochures, brand imaging, promotional material, plus much more to suite all your requirements and needs for your business.

Fees start from £25 per hour, retainer rates available also.

 

Social media

I have experience in creating content for all social media platforms to create engagement with your target audience. Creating exceptional content and developing your brand to promote your business to increase traction, it’s crucial to listen to your ideas and formulating content in a way you want your business to be presented. Sourcing suitable images in line with your business ethic and researching key hashtag conversations to present a content plan ahead of the launch date. Experience in Hootsuite and Zoho.

Concierge

Becoming that “go-to” person, I can offer to support you arranging for gifts to be delivered to clients, friends and family. It’s often not easy sourcing gifts and I can assist you in choice plus organise it’s safe arrival. Additionally, I can send greeting cards, invitations and thank you notes etc.,

Need help booking a trip, either business or personal? No time to source the perfect venue? As your Executive Assistant, I am able to research and highlight the best and and suitable options available, following up with suggestions, availability and take care of all the important time-consuming detail. I have extensive knowledge and experience and able to support all clients with their business travel requirements.

Experienced in organising and arranging event logistics from a one to one level to assisting corporate businesses with the facilitation of transportation for their delegates at global events.
